General Conditions
One (1) prize winner will be selected at random the 1st day of each month from all eligible entries. By entering, winners certify that they meet all eligibility requirements. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Winners must check the Web site to verify that they have won. The current winner must e-mail notification within 30 days of being drawn, or he/she will forfeit the prize.
The giveaway prize will be sent UPS or Fedex to the winner. The Snack-o-rama reserves the right to substitute products or sizes.
Entrants further grant to Snack-o-rama the right to use and publish their name and state online and in print, or any other media, in conjunction with the contest. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Snack-o-rama and its advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Snack-o-rama, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. By providing an email, entrants will be registered to receive the Snack-o-rama e-mail newsletters. Entrants have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time. Any information shared with Snack-o-rama will be held subject to Snack-o-rama privacy policy.
No responsibility is assumed by Snack-o-rama for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Snack-o-rama is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Snack-o-rama users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit a player's ability to participate in the Contest. Snack-o-rama reserves the right in its sole direction to cancel or suspend this contest should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the contest.
Miscellaneous
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of equal or greater value. Federal, state, and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winners' sole responsibility.
If any prize notification email or shipment is returned as undeliverable, winner will be disqualified.
All shipments must have a physical address for delivery.
Exchanges
All shipments are final, and no exchanges of product or merchandise will be accepted without exception excluding in transit damages, which must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. In the event of a damaged shipment, the entire order must be held for a period of not less 10 days to allow inspection by a representative of UPS.
Conduct
By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Contest Site throughout the Contest. Snack-o-rama reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GREAT AMERICAN SPICE COMPANY INC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
